Antenatal Class Disclaimer & Terms
 

The information provided in A New Dawn antenatal classes is intended to offer general education, guidance, and support only. Although the sessions are based on current evidence and midwifery experience, they do not replace personalised clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your midwife, GP, obstetrician, or any other healthcare professional.
 

Every pregnancy is unique. Any decisions about your care should always be made in partnership with your healthcare team. If you have specific medical concerns, complications, or questions about your individual circumstances, please seek advice directly from a qualified healthcare professional.
 

Participation in the classes is voluntary. Any activities, discussions, or suggestions offered during the sessions should be adapted to your own comfort level and health needs. A New Dawn cannot accept responsibility for any outcomes resulting from the use of information provided in the classes.
 

Bookings, Refunds & Cancellations
 

• Bookings - Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. Spaces are limited to ensure a relaxed and interactive environment.

• Refunds - Refunds can be offered up to 14 days before the start of your course. After this time, refunds are not normally available, as your place has been reserved and materials prepared. If you experience unexpected medical issues or circumstances that prevent attendance, please get in touch — I will always do my best to help where possible.

• Cancellations by A New Dawn - In the unlikely event that a class needs to be cancelled (for example, due to illness or venue issues), you will be offered: an alternative date, or a full refund for the affected session(s).

• Missed Sessions -  refunds cannot be given for individual missed classes.
 

Liability
 

By attending A New Dawn classes, you acknowledge that:

 

• the sessions are educational, not clinical;

• you remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing;

• A New Dawn is not liable for any decisions you make regarding your pregnancy, birth, or postnatal care.
