Courses
Our courses are held at Mount Elim Church in Pontardawe and Hope Church in Ystradgynlais. Sessions usually take place in the evening on weekdays or Saturdays. Exact dates are confirmed when booking.
Each course is led by Dawn, a FEDANT-registered antenatal educator, providing trusted, evidence-based guidance throughout.

Preparing for Birth and Beyond
The Four Session Course
A friendly, interactive four-week course designed to prepare you for birth and early parenthood. Classes include a mid-session break for a cuppa and a chance to chat with others.
£160 for four weeks.

We've condensed our four-week course into a single day of evidence-based information, practical skills, and calm preparation.
This day is perfect for anyone who can’t commit to a four-week course - we know life gets busy at A New Dawn, so we’ve made something that fits around you.
